4.1 Local Storage

All your dating data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain cloud servers for your personal prospect data. Your information is stored using:

UserDefaults: For prospect profiles and analysis results
Keychain: For persistent device identification
SwiftData: For your user profile information
Compressed images: Profile photos stored as JPEG (0.7 quality)

4.2 Data Security

Device-level encryption protects your local data
Peer-to-peer sharing uses encrypted connections
Sensitive fields (like manipulation concerns) are encrypted
No data synchronization to cloud servers
Data is deleted when you uninstall the app (except Keychain ID)

RevenueCat: Manages subscription lifecycle and analytics. All payment processing is handled securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can share prospect data with trusted contacts through our Quick Transfer feature:

Sharing is always opt-in and explicit
You control privacy levels (minimal, standard, full, or custom)
Encrypted peer-to-peer connections protect data in transit
Recipients are tracked in your share ledger
Shared data is marked as "externally received"

6.2 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Local Network: To discover nearby devices for secure prospect sharing

9. Free Tier and Premium Features

2 total AI analyses per device (tracked persistently)
Usage tracked via device ID that survives app reinstallation

9.2 Premium Subscription

Attractly Plus provides:

Unlimited AI analyses
Unlimited compatibility assessments
All features without restrictions

Subscriptions are managed through App Store/Google Play.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we discover underage data, we will delete it immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

When using AI services, your data may be processed in:

United States (OpenAI, Groq)

These transfers are necessary to provide our AI analysis features.
