By downloading, installing, or using the Attractly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Meilovia ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Attractly dating insights and compatibility analysis application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or local authentication

3.2 Device Identification

The App assigns a persistent device identifier that survives app reinstallation to track free tier usage.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any prospect data you add or share.

4. Description of Service

Attractly provides:

• Dating prospect management and tracking
• AI-powered compatibility analysis
• Direct message (DM) conversation analysis
• Date experience logging and insights
• Relationship trajectory predictions
• Safety and risk assessments
• Peer-to-peer prospect sharing with trusted contacts

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

"User Content" includes all information you provide about yourself and dating prospects, including:

• Profile information and photos
• Prospect details and screenshots
• Date experiences and ratings
• Message conversations

5.2 Content License

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content through AI services for analysis
• Store content locally on your device
• Enable sharing features you initiate

5.3 Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit all User Content
• Your Content does not violate anyone's privacy rights
• Screenshots and photos are obtained legally
• Information about others is shared with appropriate consent

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, stalk, or harm individuals tracked in the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
• Use the App to violate anyone's privacy or safety
• Share login credentials or device access
• Circumvent free tier limitations through technical means
• Use automated systems or bots with the App

6. AI Analysis and Insights

6.1 AI Services

We use third-party AI services (OpenAI and Groq) to analyze your data and provide insights.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated insights are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of compatibility scores
• Reliability of behavioral predictions
• Success in dating or relationships
• Safety assessments or risk warnings

6.3 Not Professional Advice

The App does not provide:

• Professional relationship counseling
• Psychological or psychiatric advice
• Legal advice
• Safety guarantees

Always use your own judgment and seek professional help when needed.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Free Tier

• Limited to 2 AI analyses per device
• Tracked persistently across app reinstallations
• Cannot be reset or transferred

7.2 Premium Subscription (Attractly Plus)

• Weekly: $6.99/week
• Monthly: $12.99/month
• Yearly: $69.99/year

7.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through App Store or Google Play
• Charges are billed to your App Store/Google Play account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

7.4 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with notice through the App Store/Google Play.

8. Prospect Sharing and Trust Circles

8.1 Sharing Features

The Quick Transfer feature allows peer-to-peer sharing of prospect data with trusted contacts.

8.2 Sharing Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Only sharing information you have the right to share
• Selecting appropriate privacy levels
• Managing your trust circles
• Respecting shared information from others

8.3 No Liability for Shared Content

We are not responsible for how others use information you share or information shared with you.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meilovia and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Create derivative works
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• App Store/Google Play issues
• Authentication service problems

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meilovia shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Emotional distress
• Personal injury from dating interactions

12.2 Cap on Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.

12.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meilovia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your dating interactions or relationships

14. Termination

14.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Request by law enforcement
• Extended period of inactivity
• Technical or security issues

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases
• Subscription charges continue until cancelled
• Local data remains on your device until deleted
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to comply with all export laws and restrictions and regulations of the United States or foreign agencies or authorities.
